At Jopapi.com, we’re committed to creating products that make our customers happy. Because each item is made-to-order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional retailers. This page explains our policies in detail, so you know what to expect.
📦 Made-to-Order Policy
All of our products are printed or crafted specifically for you — whether it’s a custom shirt, shoes, or home décor. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or unwanted items.
Please double-check your product details, including size, design, and shipping address, before confirming your order.
✅ Eligible Return Reasons
We gladly accept return or refund requests if your order meets one or more of the following conditions:
1. Damaged in Transit
- Your item arrived visibly damaged or broken.
- You must provide clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Defective Product
- There’s a print issue, manufacturing flaw, or significant quality problem.
- Please include photos showing the defect and your order number.
3. Incorrect Item Received
- You received the wrong item, size, or design than what was ordered.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
🕒 Return Request Window
You must submit your return/refund request within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
🧾 How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Photos or video evidence (if applicable)
- We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
💰 Refunds (If Applicable)
- If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
- We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases where only part of the order is affected.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues or customs processing
- Orders reported as “not received” but marked as delivered by the courier
- Personalized/customized items submitted with typos or incorrect info provided by the customer
✉️ Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After that, your order will enter production and cannot be changed or canceled.
🌍 International Orders
We ship worldwide, but please note:
- You’re responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services in your country.
