2. Response and Removal Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

“I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which my address is located, or if I am outside the United States, the judicial district where Jopapi.com is located, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.”

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original copyright owner files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
