3. You got the wrong size
If the size you received doesn’t match what you ordered, reach out. We’ll either resend the correct size or offer a refund based on your choice.
4. Your order is significantly delayed
If a U.S. order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, or an international one takes more than 60 days, please get in touch. We’ll investigate and provide a solution—whether that’s a reshipment or a refund.

We use high-resolution printing to ensure your design looks great. Personal preferences like brightness, contrast, or saturation differences are not eligible for returns unless there's a clear technical problem.
