🚚 1. Order Processing Time

Each item at Jopapi.com is printed or produced specifically for you. Please allow the following timeframes before your order is shipped:

Production Time: 3–7 business days
(Some products may take longer depending on complexity or volume of orders)

Once production is complete, your order will be packed and handed off to the courier for delivery.

🌍 2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping! Delivery typically takes between 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.

💵 3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number of items ordered, and the shipping method chosen. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those!

📦 4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s journey to your door.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 7 business days after ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

🚨 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These fees are:

  • Not included in our pricing or shipping charges
  • Collected by your local customs office, not by Jopapi.com
  • The responsibility of the customer
  • Please check with your local authorities for more information about potential import costs.

📬 6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, but occasionally issues arise:

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Please check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us.
  • Lost or Delayed: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, we’ll investigate and offer a solution.
  • Wrong Address Provided: We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

🔄 7. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or customs rejection, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
