At Jopapi, every order you place is a vote of confidence—and we take that seriously. Because our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns. That said, if something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

1. Your item arrives damaged or defective

If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing issue, just send an email to jopapi2023@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll take care of it quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund—whichever you prefer.

2. You received the wrong design, color, or style

Mistakes happen, and we’re sorry if one found its way into your order. Let us know the details, and we’ll correct it by shipping the right item or issuing a refund.

3. You got the wrong size

If the size you received doesn’t match what you ordered, reach out. We’ll either resend the correct size or offer a refund based on your choice.

4. Your order is significantly delayed

If a U.S. order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, or an international one takes more than 60 days, please get in touch. We’ll investigate and provide a solution—whether that’s a reshipment or a refund.

Important Notes on Returns & Cancellations

Since every product is made just for you, please keep the following in mind:

• Mistakes during checkout

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors (like choosing the wrong size, design, or color). Be sure to double-check your order before completing payment.

• Order cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, production likely begins, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Still, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to help.

• Concerns about design or color quality

We use high-resolution printing to ensure your design looks great. Personal preferences like brightness, contrast, or saturation differences are not eligible for returns unless there's a clear technical problem.
